Folks, many women come to me feeling stuck, frustrated, and confused. They’re tired of the rules and roles that run their life. Exhausted from living up to the expectations of others, they’ve learned to suppress, hide, and deny their power.

Deep inside they know they’re more than these roles they’ve played, and they’re itching to unleash their power and rebel spirit. These women are looking for a catalyst, a support to make their juicy shift--in career, relationship, health, life--into one that feeds their soul. Then the fears show up...

That li’l voice in their head starts telling them they’re not good enough, they don’t know how, they might screw it up, they won’t be accepted, or they won’t have support. Even worse, they don’t have permission to do what they want to do. Does this sound familiar to you?

As a southern woman, I understand what it’s like to be released from the expectations of others and to embrace change. Encouraged to stay small, play the traditional roles, and accommodate others to make life peaceful, I know the fear of change. I also know the power of freedom. And, folks I’m a lover of freedom!

What gives me that sense of freedom to be enthused and passionate about expressing my soul? How do I find the courage to grab my petticoat ruffles, lift my skirt, and boldly take steps toward freedom and liberation to make my mark on the world?

It’s being in-sync! Being in-sync with my innate desire to express my talent, share my genius, and connect to something greater than myself, BOLDLY, OUTRAGEOUSLY, AND ON MY TERMS!

Discovering your inner navigation “mechanism” for aligning with your heart and soul, and syncing with your greater purpose, will create pure magic in your life. And, it’ll knock your petticoat off! You’ll find you inspire yourself and others by doing what you love to do. You’ll tap your passion and joy ‘til your juicy spirit and enthusiasm “oozes” into every part of your life and into everything that you do. Life will rock.

So how do you sync with your power and soul? I’m delighted to share. It’s what I call The 3 P’s: Passion, Purpose, and Play!

Passion: Find it! Do what it is that you love to do; do what makes your heart sing, the thing that inspires and expands you, where you lose all sense of time and could swear you’ve been touched by the face of God. That’s passion!

Purpose: Live it! Discover the thing you are called to do, the gift and talent that’s innate in you. “Enthuse” your juicy spirit. Serve with power, passion, and the feeling experience that rocks your world. Leave your mark on the world. That’s purpose!

Play: Absolutely play, and play BIG! Once you’ve tapped into the power and passion that makes your heart sing, and you’re purposefully doing what you love to do, you’re in-sync with your soul. Let it flow, let it flow, let it flow. Lighten up and have some fun. That’s play!
