Belle with Balls: Nancy Tierney

This month’s Belle with Balls is professional singer and unconditional confidence coach Nancy Tierney.

Nancy is the owner and founder of Unconditional Confidence, a company that teaches coaches and consultants how to have complete confidence, creative freedom—and tons of fun anytime they are speaking or performing in public.

This fearless self-expression sister and Belle with Balls hasn’t always been unconditionally confident and fearless as a singer.

Nancy shared this with me:

“Years ago, I suffered from the most debilitating form of stage fright. Whenever I sang in public, my entire mouth would dry out so badly, I couldn't swallow much less sing. Have you ever tried to sing when there isn't one drop of saliva in your mouth? It's not fun.

“Every performance was difficult and depressing. Even though I loved to sing, this intense physical anxiety crippled my ability to perform and murdered any pleasure or satisfaction I might have felt in expressing myself through music.”

As a somatic therapist and artist, Nancy knew there had to be a way to break free from this curse of stage fright. Singing and sharing her voice with the world was the ultimate expression of who she was. There was no way to deny her inner voice and power. She had to sing!

Determined to liberate her fears and align with her truest essence, Nancy trained, read books and threw herself into the fire of experience. She tapped into her power, unleashed her voice and unconditional confidence was born!

Today, Nancy experiences joy, ease, pleasure and tons of fun as she boldly expresses her voice to the world. She passionately teaches and engages with others to fearlessly express themselves to “Become The Star They Are.”
