She is big, bold, independent, powerful, charming, gutsy, persistent, courageous, unique, generous, honest outrageous, innovative,  invincible, tenacious, and creative. Did I mention that she’s ballsy?

As a role model for all women, she lives a life of passion, purpose and play. She loves being different and she loves winning at the game of life. This issue’s Belle with Balls is Katie Scarlett O'Hara Hamilton Kennedy Butler, the classic southern heroine and ultimate Rebel Belle.

Her tenacity, ingenuity, strength, and southern grace and charm made her one of history’s most famous southern characters. Strong-willed with a sense of survival, Scarlett redefined and re-invented herself, handling any obstacle and charming any man who came her way.
