I have done a lot of work the past few years on determining my purpose in life, becoming clear on my gifts, and finding the essence in my life. For a guy with many years in the corporate world,to talk about essence, purpose, and being rather than doing has not come easy. 

Some time ago, I determined that my life purpose is to be present and guide myself and others to find the joy and power within. I had been asking the universe to bring me a situation that involved career and community. The essence I was looking for was a place to make a difference while being involved in a business I loved. For years I’ve focused on form, looking for a job that fit the view of what I thought I should have and what I deserved. It had to look a certain way, have “position,” and meet a standard that satisfied my ego. Once I got that out of the way, began to look for essence and trust a path appeared that brought my two essence words together, career and community.    

I’m having a blast learning and organizing my business here in SC and getting back into the flow of my life. It feels right and affirms that I am truly on purpose, and being who I arrived on this earth to be.
