Your Top 3 Reasons.....

I was looking through the answers to the "Are You A Rebel Belle?" questionnaire this week and was surprised at a few of the summarized answers.

For the most part, every woman who completed the survey scored themselves as being confident and bold about who they are, accessing and trusting their inner power, being playful and going for what they want.

I was surprised however, to discover that the majority of women chose "False" for the following:

  • I celebrate my uniqueness and always put myself first.
  • I love myself completely and unconditionally.
  • I'm comfortable tooting my horn.

It's interesting to me that as women we hesitate to put ourselves first and celebrate our uniqueness; that we might feel uncomfortable totally loving ourselves and talking about how fabulous we are.

I'm wondering why that is? I could take a guess but I'd love your feedback.

Please share with me your top 3 reasons that you believe women don't unconditionally love themselves, put themselves first, celebrate their uniqueness and "toot their horns!"

Here are my top 3 reasons:

  • Women feel "guilty" about being "selfish".
  • "Tooting our horns" is arrogant and conceited.
  • HOW would we celebrate? We weren't taught how!
