Folks I have been down and out for the past week - flat on my back actually with what appeared to be a head cold. And all along the way I've had this amazing feeling that I am transforming; that my body is flushing, ridding itself of toxins, clearing my vibration and raising my frequency. My intuition was telling me to enjoy this feeling and to go with the flow, that all is in divine right order. So, with every sneeze I have enjoyed the blow....

The other day while sharing my perspective with my daughter who by the way is in Massage Therapy School, she excitedly exclaimed, "We have a name for what you're going through here at school - Ascensionitis!!"

So folks - I'm boldly claiming it. I have Ascensionitis! I am changing my frequency, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
