Relax, Breathe and Smile....

Hmmm...I'll say it again, Relax, Breathe and Smile......

What if......this was all there was for us to do "and be" in the world?

Relax. Feel your body. Listen to the sounds around you. Breathe in the air of life giving energy allowing it to fill your lungs to the absolute brim. And, what if you were to smile? Take that deep breath in, turn up the corners of your mouth and just frickin' smile.

How does that feel? Relaxing, yes?!? Can you stay in this moment? Can you hold onto this fabulous feeling and moment in time? What if you continued being here all day long? 

My guess is that li'l voice in your head says, I'd love to, but I have to go to work. I have to make sure I finish this or that. I have an appointment. I have a client. How can I behave this way all day? Yes, it feels good, but let's be realistic. I have a life. I have responsibilities, bills to pay, places to go and folks to meet. Whew!

But.... you all, what if you just do it? What if you make the choice to go with the flow today, to breathe one moment at a time, to feel one moment at a time? What if throughout the day, you simply: Relax, Breathe and Smile..........

I'm just saying..............what if?
