WHAT'S YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME? Think about the result you want and write it down. Once you've written your answer down, ask your self the following questions:

• Am I blaming others?
• Do I want someone to change so that I don't have to?
• Do I want this result because it makes me feel secure, powerful or in control?
• Am I attached to the form my outcome will take?

Hmmm... take a day and ponder this one...
